  1. haha the way these guys are talking are they should of of beat us easy… well we should of won that game in the second half an another thing how massive is the usa whats the population??? wales would probably fit inside the usa 7 times plus….. the diffrence with what limited players we have its heart

  2. If they held on and won the match, we're singing their praises. But the truth is, they only generated 5 shots in the match and only one on target. The 1-1 result was more than fair, and maybe a little lucky for the US.

They have got to figure out a way to attack the opponents goal. It doesn't seem to matter if it's El Salvador or Wales, in CONCACAF or at the World Cup, our guys can't threaten the opponent's goal with any regularity so teams have no fear against us.

  3. Berhalter is the problem! He kept the starters on too long and let Wales start controlling the possession. There's no excuse to put players like Acosta, Yedlin, and Morris in when you have DelaTorre, Scally, and Gio available. This is the world cup! There's a reason those guys play in the MLS and not in Europe. Gregg is the only person that doesn't seem to see that. MLS guys don't cut it!

  4. This is what happens when you spend all your energy in the first half. Typical inexperienced error. Wales knew there was 90 mins to play. You don't win at half time. Nor do you deserve to win on the strength of one half.

  5. During USA-IRI football game, 80 million Iranian support USA, in Iran and all over the world. Be our broken voice! Help us to liberate Iran and the whole world from terrorism and islamist fundamentalism.

  6. The US has a small habit with late goals in World Cups they've more recently been in. Just looking at say 2014, it was a late goal (80th minute on) that pulled Ghana level (Brooks winner). Vs. Portugal it was an injury time goal from Portugal. Now its a late goal from Wales. To not close out the game like this is a problem. That Berhalter made the changes so late was surprising. he subbed some too late when clearly Wales adjusted for the second half. And then after the Wales equalizer he waited too long to make the last sub.

Just don't see it with Berhalter. He made some good lineup choices – I liked the starting lineup to be honest and WZ making the mistake… it's bad and shows the level but at the same time, I just can't help looking at Berhalter and thinking – McKennie is back from injury, Adams has been in and out with injury, Pulisic not totally match fit – maybe that scenario doesn't even come up if he manages the game better. I'm with Herc. It isn't about making the change at 45 minutes – it's being prepared for Wales to make changes (conservative) to try to push for the equalizer without totally opening up in the back. And when it was clear the US couldn't quite get possession AND players were maybe not totally back (injuries), he has to be able to adjust.

  7. USA didn’t blow it. Wales had the wrong set up against a very organised USA in the first half. Wales changed their tactics and USA didn’t adjust. If had been the other way around the commentary here would of been different.
Bale knows how to draw a foul and the defender fell for it. He wasn’t the first and probably won’t be the last.

  8. What a joke of a squad we have. Wish these boys worried about winning as much as apperance. Can we send some men to these events in the future? Tired of these rich boys with NO work ethic representing the hardworking men and women of America. What a phucking joke of a squad.

  9. I don't fully agree. Wales started to use their size and strength against the US in the second half and it was a good strategy. Wales have some very good big ball holders and they have to be taken seriously.

  10. The very first thing all children should be taught is, the game last for 90 minutes, it doesn't matter if you score 2 minutes in or two minutes from the end the goals still count.

The US thoroughly deserved the goal they scored, it was well worked and well executed and was a delight to watch. Sadly, all footballers today think that rolling around on the ground pretending to be injured is part of the game, hopefully in time referees will have instant access to replays and will penalise players who try to cheat, sending a few off will bring the players back into line, failing that, a retrospective look at the incidents could be beneficial to the game and force the players to play the game as it's supposed to be played.

  11. American athletes are active in various fields, and the medal rate at the Olympics is the highest in the world. However, when it comes to soccer, for some reason, the results are sluggish.

  12. There are many little things to iron out, but in the end it was one player that cost them the win. One foolish tackle. if not for that foolish penalty, USA would have 3 points instead of 1. Wales played better in 2nd half but still. had almost no shots on target.

  13. We were awful in the first half, I don't know why we didn't start Moore been a very important player for Wales past few years. Happy with a draw but felt we could have nicked a win. Hopefully the boys will get the win against Iran on Friday! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
