  1. no disrespect to the mls which is now producing some great football and players,but Defoe should be in a top European team,he is absolute quality,and the fa should be asking who is responsible for Englands team selections,and for leaving him out,

  2. He was a very average player in europe and it was no problem stopping him for other defenders. He is now dominating in MLS, which means that the diff. is huuuuge between MLS and Europe. If he could not perform against the best teams in Europe he wont do it in the world cup. Easy as that. 

  3. Bottom line England are shit and will most likely not make it past the last 16, but that aside why you wouldn't take JD your most natural finisher and 2nd most goals behind rooney for strikers contending selection is beyond ridiculous
