3. I’ve never known a big club have such a mixed bag of kits, they don’t seem to have a traditional, classic colour or template of shirt. 1990 and the shirts from the ‘70s should always be the template.

8. I have no idea why Bayern removed the blue from their jerseys. Their red and blue era was iconic but now they wear mostly underwhelming red and white jerseys.

11. that 1995 shirt is brill, palace had adidas around the same time and they just gave us the exact same template, but im not even mad it is easily our best ever shirt too, absolutely love that shirt, also wow towards the end (or modern era) those bayern shirts just progressively got worse eh?

12. While I absolutely understand the reasoning, I do think its a shame that there is no more blue in their kits. It just makes them look that much better

13. Video suggestion: If there are enough to begin with, I would love to see a ranking of memorable kits that are using neon colours, independent of any particular club.

14. Bayern and German National Team have the most beautiful Adidas kits. It's such a shame with the DFB and Nike.

27. Great rankings Jay, yeah imo Bayern had a legendary kit run between 2011-2015 with the 2014/15 home shirt being my favourite of the lot due to the blue stripes. Shame it's not included in their designs anymore, the fact that you put the 95-97 home shirt as GOAT says it all really, if Bayern want to make great kits again they need to bring the blue back.

    I noticed as well that you changed your top to a Chelsea one while talking about the 11/12 Bayern home shirt – was that intentional lmao?😂
